Introduction:
Dr. Saeid Kadkhodaei joined Agricultural Biotechnology Research Institute of Iran (ABRII)-genomics department in 2002. He received his PhD in genetic engineering from University Putra Malaysia in 2014 and two postdoctoral research grants from UPM and National Elites Foundation (Isfahan University of Technology) working on bioinformatics and CRISPR-based genome engineering, respectively. His current research interest lies on the development of CRISPR-based diagnostics.
